1. Digital Products
All training courses offered through our online store are digital products (online self-paced courses) delivered electronically.
Once a course has been purchased and access has been provided, the sale is considered final.

2. No Refund Policy
SYNIOPS LTD does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for any online self-paced courses purchased.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. Course Access Issues
If you experience a technical issue during your first-time login that prevents access to your course, please contact our support team at sales@syniops.mu.
SYNIOPS LTD will liaise with the vendor (EC-Council) to resolve access issues promptly. Please note that ongoing technical issues after successful first login, shall be addressed to EC-Council support.
