Please find below our shipping and delivery policy. 

• Digital Delivery

  • Our courses are digital products, and no physical items will be shipped.

  • Once your payment has been successfully received and validated, SYNIOPS LTD will process your order.

• Course Access

  • Upon successful online payment, you will be presented with a confirmation screen allowing you to download the course brochure for informational purposes. The brochure provides details of the course and does not constitute access to the course content.

  • After payment validation, you will receive an email containing your login credentials and instructions to access the EC-Council online learning portal.

  • Delivery of login information is typically completed within two (2) to three (3) business days subject to vendor processing timelines.

• Responsibility

  • Please ensure that your full legal name and email address are accurate, as these details will be used to generate access credentials.

  • SYNIOPS LTD will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or invalid contact details provided during checkout.
